Outcome of Course

Cutting technology – Cutting Speed, Spindle Speed, Cutting Feed & Depth-of-Cut. Will know to calculate Speed & Feed.
Will be able to start a CNC machine, Reference the machine and run a program on the machine.
Will confidently be able to write SAFE and Perfect CNC programs – Advance and complex programs.
Fundamentals of CNC machines. All terms and nomenclatures of CNC control system
CNC machine & its structure, configuration & Application.
Multiple repetitive cycles.
Able to read engineering drawings. Will know all norms and symbols.
Use of sub-programs.
Will know all G & M codes. NC program syntax
Able to decide cutting tool
Tool Nose Radius compensation.
Will be able to do Job setting, Tool offsets, Wear offset, etc.
