Individual Training

Guided by Mr. Pillay, CNC Tech adopts personalized coaching and creative teaching methods. The comprehensive training encompasses fundamental to advanced CNC Programming, Machine setting, and VMC Machine operations with self-paced certifications. Interactive workshops feature live demonstrations on CNC Machines, and students have access to technical manuals and practice materials. Post-course completion, freshers can engage in three to six months of industrial internships, gaining valuable practical experience. This approach ensures students are thoroughly equipped for success in CNC technology.

Outcome of Course

  1. Fundamentals of CNC machines. All terms and nomenclatures of CNC control system
  2. CNC machine & its structure, configuration & Application.
  3. Able to read engineering drawings. Will know all norms and symbols.
  4. Will know all G & M codes. NC program syntax.
  5. Cutting technology – Cutting Speed, Spindle Speed, Cutting Feed & Depth-of-Cut. Will know to calculate Speed & Feed.
  6. Tool Nose Radius compensation.
  7. Tool types.
  8. CANNED Cycles.
  9. Multiple repetitive cycles.
  10. Use of sub-programs.
  11. Able to decide cutting tool
  12. Will confidently be able to write SAFE and Perfect CNC programs – Advance and complex programs.
  13. Will be able to do Job setting, Tool offsets, Wear offset, etc.
  14. Will be able to start a CNC machine, Reference the machine and run a program on the machine.
  15. Module III Student will in addition know Plan processes

Regular Morning batches Daily 9 am to 2 pm 2,3 and 4 weeks
Regular Evening batches Daily 3 pm to 8 pm 2,3 and 4 weeks
Thursday batches Only on Thursdays: 8am to 2pm 3 months
Sunday batches Only on Sundays: 10am to 4pm 3 months

Module I –Covers mainly CNC Turning

Module II –Covers CNC Turning + VMC

Module IIICovers Module I, II & More.

Module I&II students will be able to face any interviews in a manufacturing industry and able to seek jobs and the students with experience will increase their Market Value.Module III All the above + Gain confidence to even start a new Job Shop and ready to invest in CNC machines.
